Refund policy

At Greta we are commited to ensure you feel satisfied with your products. But we know buying the perfect Bikini is not an easy task. This is why if you are unsatisfied with any of the items that you have received, we offer you free returns within US if you follow these criteria:

1) Return the products  within 10 days from the date your order was received. 

2) Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with all tags in place and for sanitary reasons all liners must be intact and not have been removed.

2) Products must be unaltered, unworn, unsoiled. 

Greta offers free returns in the US, but does not accept any liability on international orders once they are out of USPS system.
